 Deposits:

• A non-refundable deposit of $60 is required to secure your booking.
• Deposits are only refundable if we are at fault.
• Larger deposits are required for events and special packages.

Payments:

• Zelle (646-919-0825), Apple Pay (646-919-0825), or Cash App ($3 fee applies: $eyesofnai).
• Pay in 4 biweekly installments via Afterpay (available upon request).
• Contact us if you would like to use Afterpay.

Rescheduling:

• Reschedule at no cost up to 48 hours before your session.
• You may rebook within 180 days without a new deposit.

Lateness:

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 10 minutes, you can either shoot for the remaining time or pay a late fee for extra time.
• Late fees start at $25 and may increase based on the service or situation.

Turnaround Time:

• Photos will be delivered within 24-72 hours after your session.

Editing Turnaround:

• Editing time ranges from 5 business days to 4 weeks, depending on customer volume, complexity of edits, and promptness in sending photos (within 24-72 hours of session).

Edits:

• All packages (except events) include free basic edits.
• Basic edits include soft skin retouching, backdrop cleanup, hair touch-ups, body adjustments, and lighting adjustments (if needed).
• Additional edits can be requested for a fee.

Contract:

• After booking, a contract will be emailed.
• Please read it thoroughly and respond.
